East Meck's seniors were sorely disappointed today when, after waiting nearly an hour, the sun failed to rise visibly over the eastern side of the football field.

"I just feel like it was a bit disappointing, you know?", said Henry Dobson (12th). "You expect the sun to rise, and then it doesn't. Well, it did a little. I guess I thought it would, you know, rise rise. Which it did, eventually. Just not when we were there. I feel a little betrayed."

When asked for comment, a spokesperson for East Meck's Senior Board responded: "Huh?"
